Jennie Bice plays violin. She is the founder of Prydwen, a Celtic folk ensemble on the West Coast. Her various recordings and concerts span many other genres as well, including Cuban Latin Jazz, Rockabilly, Cajun, and Classical, each one an influence contributing to her unique playing style. Mark Dowding, a woodwind specialist, is co-founder of the Gypsy jazz quintet The Hot Club of Mars, and traditional folk music group The Wheat in the Barley, and has performed and recorded with many vocal and instrumental artists from across Canada. He plays harmonicas and flutes on the album. Mark also produced the albums cover and inserts (as well as this multimedia website) through his graphics and new-media production company, WindGod Productions. www.windgod.ca. |

Finn Manniche is a classically trained cellist who plays with Ensemble Symposium, the Armadillo String Quartet, and the Quiring String Quartet. He has appeared in many productions by the Little Chamber Music Series That Could, including the White Album Tribute and the Elvis Cantata. He is also a regular participant in the Sonic Boom Festival of BC Composers, the Vancouver International Jazz Festival, and has recently performed in the Vancouver New Music Festival and the Sacred Music Festival.

Rebecca Shoichet is lead vocalist in the Vancouver bands Mimosa, and the 10 piece funk, soul group, Soulstream, and starred in the Vancouver Playhouse production of Joni Mitchell: River. She has performed in many musical theatre productions and jazz festivals, and toured Europe with swing-master Johnny Ferreira, and also with Canadian pop singer Amanda Marshall. |

Sam Shoichet plays upright string bass, and is widely known on the West Coast where he has performed and recorded with many artists. He is the bassist for violinist Lache Cercels Roma Swing Ensemble in Vancouver. |

Randall Stoll is a drummer with over 150 CD recordings to his credit (including platinum and grammy award winners with k.d.lang and Kevin Parent, and 4 Juno award winning albums). He performed with Tom Cochrane, Red Rider and Shania Twain at the Juno Awards, and has toured with Tom Cochrane and k.d.lang. He was twice nominated West Coast musician of the year. He is also leader of three bands, including the Vancouver 10 piece funk, soul group, Soulstream. |

Charlotte Virtue performed with Shari Ullrich and Denise McCann in the Vancouver production of Ladies in Lights, and with Gary Stephens in his blues band. She retired from professional singing to raise her two sons on a ranch in the Fraser Valley, but can always find her voice when friends call on her. |
